The upcoming conference will be held at the Secretariat in Amaravati, where preparations are currently underway. Since the coalition government assumed office, such review meetings have been conducted regularly every three months to strengthen governance and monitor district-level performance.
Focus on Welfare Schemes and Development
The Andhra Pradesh Collectors Conference will review the progress of key welfare schemes and development programs undertaken by the state government. Discussions will also focus on challenges faced in implementing these schemes and the measures needed to improve service delivery to the public.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is expected to outline the government’s priorities and expectations from district collectors. Senior ministers will also address the gathering before district-wise discussions take place on public issues, financial requirements, and administrative challenges.

Land Issues and Administrative Reforms on Agenda
Land disputes affecting citizens across the state are likely to be a major topic of discussion. The government believes that several irregularities during the previous administration have led to widespread land-related issues. Although surveys are being conducted and updated pattadar passbooks are being issued, many problems still remain unresolved.
Officials will also review the progress of the government’s Vision 2047 initiative, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, the public grievance redressal system, and the functioning of the Real Time Governance Society (RTGS).
In addition, police officials will discuss the law and order situation in various districts. The two-day meeting is expected to serve as a key platform for evaluating governance and addressing administrative challenges across Andhra Pradesh.
