NTR District, March 13, 2026:
The NTR District SSC Exams 2026 arrangements have been finalized with comprehensive measures to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations from March 16 to April 1, District Collector Dr. G. Lakshmisha announced.
Addressing the media at the Collectorate’s Sri AVS Reddy Hall on Friday along with District Educational Officer (DEO) L. Chandrakala, the Collector said that 149 examination centres have been set up for 27,360 students, including 13,909 boys and 13,451 girls.
The examinations will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM, while students will be allowed to enter the centres from 8:30 AM onwards.
Considering the summer season, the district administration has arranged drinking water facilities, medical camps, and other essential amenities at all examination centres.
The Collector stated that digital watches and electronic devices are strictly prohibited, and all examination centres have been declared No Mobile Zones. Section 144 will be enforced around the centres, and xerox shops within a 1,000-meter radius will remain closed during the examination period.
He added that strong security arrangements are being made to prevent any untoward incidents. Students can also avail free travel in APSRTC buses by showing their hall tickets.

Transparent Conduct of SSC Exams
DEO L. Chandrakala said the NTR District SSC Exams 2026 will be conducted in a transparent and accountable manner. All centres have been equipped with furniture, electricity, drinking water, and other necessary facilities.
She advised students to follow the instructions mentioned on their hall tickets and write the examinations confidently. Students should not write their hall ticket numbers anywhere on the answer scripts or OMR sheets, she added.
About 300 officials have been appointed as Chief Superintendents and Departmental Officers to supervise the examinations.
For 193 students with special needs (CWSN), scribes have been arranged, and special arrangements have been made for them to write exams on the ground floor, she said.
