PDS Rice Illegal Storage Raid in Veerulapadu Conducted After Midnight Inspection
A major PDS Rice Illegal Storage Raid in Veerulapadu was conducted by Civil Supplies and Revenue officials late Monday night, resulting in the seizure of nearly 15 tons of ration rice meant for poor beneficiaries.
District Joint Collector S. Ilakkiya stated that the PDS Rice Illegal Storage Raid in Veerulapadu was carried out in Jayanti village after credible information about illegal stockpiling of Public Distribution System rice.

During the PDS Rice Illegal Storage Raid in Veerulapadu, officials found approximately 15 tons of PDS rice illegally stored in a warehouse belonging to Kaja Satyanarayana. Authorities seized 295 bags of ration rice and shifted them to the Kanchikacherla MLS point for further proceedings.
In addition to the rice seizure, eight vehicles linked to the illegal transportation were confiscated and handed over to Veerulapadu Police Station.
Speaking after the PDS Rice Illegal Storage Raid in Veerulapadu, Joint Collector Ilakkiya issued a stern warning, stating that diversion of essential commodities meant for the poor will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

“We will not allow even a single grain of rice to be diverted,” she said, emphasizing that strict legal action will be taken following a detailed investigation into the illegal activity uncovered during the PDS Rice Illegal Storage Raid in Veerulapadu.
Officials confirmed that continuous inspections are being conducted to prevent misuse of PDS rice supplies.
The operation was conducted in the presence of DSO P. Vani, ASO V. Srinivas, Deputy Tahsildars B. Ramakrishna and C.H. Sumathi, RI K. Kishore, and other local revenue officials.
Authorities stated that strict monitoring will continue after the PDS Rice Illegal Storage Raid in Veerulapadu to prevent future diversion.
