Nara Lokesh Grassroots Strengthening: Focus on Booth and Unit-Level Committees

As part of the Nara Lokesh Grassroots Strengthening initiative, the minister stressed the need to reinforce booth and unit-level committees. He described the TDP as a “university” that nurtures leadership and prepares future leaders for the party.

Lokesh said that leaders performing effectively at the grassroots level would be recognized and elevated to higher positions, including the Politburo. He emphasized that the next few decades of the party’s growth depend on the current cadre’s commitment and performance.

He also praised Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, stating that having a leader who listens to party workers is a major strength for the organization.

Lokesh reiterated that discipline and unity are key to achieving meaningful change within the party. “Once a decision is made, it must be implemented without deviation,” he said, adding that every worker should function as part of a unified system.

Nara Lokesh Grassroots Strengthening: Public Engagement and Party Growth

Highlighting the long-term vision of Nara Lokesh Grassroots Strengthening, Lokesh said the party should function as a permanent system that goes beyond individuals. “Leaders may come and go, but the party must remain strong and sustainable,” he noted.

He introduced the “My TDP” mobile app as a tool to identify and reward hardworking members without the need for recommendations. This, he said, ensures transparency and merit-based recognition within the party.

He concluded that grassroots engagement played a crucial role in past electoral success and would remain the foundation for the party’s future growth.
