The financial assistance has been sanctioned to the Andhra Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation through the Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Department.

The Assistant Secretary of the MA&UD Department has been authorized to release the funds, while the Managing Director of APMRCL will oversee implementation.
