NTR District ISO Certification milestone in governance

The NTR District ISO Certification standards include three globally recognized systems—ISO 50001:2018 for energy management, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. These certifications indicate a structured governance model supported by global best practices and consistent quality monitoring.

Energy conservation initiatives played a key role in securing the NTR District ISO Certification recognition. Authorities ensured controlled electricity usage across offices, along with strong emphasis on eco-friendly measures. Reduction in plastic usage, improved sanitation practices, and promotion of green initiatives further strengthened the NTR District ISO Certification performance. These steps reflect a balanced approach combining environmental responsibility with administrative efficiency.

Public grievance handling also improved significantly under the NTR District ISO Certification framework. A responsive petition system enabled faster resolution of issues while maintaining direct communication with citizens. This proactive governance model increased public trust and supported the NTR District ISO Certification success.

Their inclusion reflects wider adoption of the NTR District ISO Certification practices at the grassroots level, strengthening governance across the district.

The award ceremony saw participation from key dignitaries including Shivayya Alapati, Lanka Dinakar, Tejaswi Podapati, Joint Collector S. Ilakkiya, and DPO P. Lavanya Kumari, highlighting the importance of the NTR District ISO Certification recognition in administrative reforms.
