In the Bengaluru Narsapur Train Robbery, unidentified miscreants carried out a well-planned theft on the superfast special train (No. 07154), which departed from Bengaluru on Saturday evening. According to reports, the accused conducted recce across multiple sleeper coaches during the night and targeted passengers while they were in deep sleep.
The Bengaluru Narsapur Train Robbery took place in S-2, S-3, S-11, and S-12 coaches, where the culprits stole around 120 grams of gold chains and 10 grams of silver ornaments, worth several lakhs of rupees. Witnesses stated that the suspects wore towels around their necks and applied tilak on their foreheads to avoid suspicion.
