Amaravati Capital Land Pooling Gains Momentum

Under the Amaravati capital land pooling program, Kanteti Anjaiah, a farmer from Pedamadduru village in Amaravati mandal, officially handed over 6.28 acres of his land to the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA). The formal submission took place at the CRDA unit office, where he presented consent documents to Deputy Collector N. Yesu Ratnam. As part of the process, officials issued Form-2 and provided an acknowledgment receipt, ensuring transparency and proper documentation.

The Amaravati capital land pooling system has been designed to ensure that farmers receive fair benefits, including developed plots and financial support. This structured approach has encouraged many farmers to voluntarily participate, contributing their land for a larger developmental vision.

Confidence in Amaravati Capital Land Pooling Initiative

Speaking during the event, Kanteti Anjaiah expressed strong confidence in the leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. He stated that the Chief Minister is working tirelessly for the state’s progress and believes that Amaravati will emerge as a world-class capital. His participation in the Amaravati capital land pooling initiative reflects the optimism shared by many farmers across the region.

Dr. Jasti Veeranjaneyaulu, National Vice President of the All India Panchayati Parishad and Chairman of the Amaravati Development Committee, appreciated the farmer’s contribution. He emphasized that Amaravati represents the aspirations of millions and urged more farmers to support the Amaravati capital land pooling process.

He also called upon the authorities to clearly communicate annuity benefits, plot allocations, and financial assistance details to farmers involved in the second phase. Transparency in the Amaravati capital land pooling process, he noted, would further strengthen trust and encourage wider participation.

The event witnessed the presence of officials, local leaders, and residents, reflecting growing support for the capital development project.
