The Minister was speaking at the inauguration of the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) office in Mangalagiri on Tuesday, alongside IT and Electronics Minister Nara Lokesh.

He stated that APEDB will play a crucial role in achieving the employment target envisioned by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. Emphasizing teamwork, he said all officials must work collectively to meet the 20 lakh jobs Andhra Pradesh goal within the stipulated timeframe.
Minister Srinivas highlighted that Andhra Pradesh is rapidly emerging as a preferred destination for global investments under the leadership of Nara Lokesh. He expressed confidence that the state will not only meet but potentially exceed the employment target.

The Minister stressed the importance of coordination among district collectors and various government departments to ensure the success of the initiative. He called for strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which are key drivers of employment generation.
He also urged officials to create awareness about MSME opportunities at the grassroots level, enabling more people to benefit from government schemes. The 20 lakh jobs Andhra Pradesh mission, he said, depends on empowering local industries and entrepreneurs.
Highlighting the role of the coalition government, he noted that investor-friendly policies and full support for industries are attracting global investors to the state. This positive environment is expected to accelerate job creation and economic development.
