Bhimavaram, March 11, 2026: The West Godavari IVRS Public Feedback results were discussed during the two-day Collectors’ Conference held at the Secretariat in Amaravati under the chairmanship of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. District Collector Chadalavada Nagarani participated in the meeting where the implementation of government schemes and delivery of public services across districts were reviewed.
According to the survey conducted through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for the third quarter of the 2025–26 financial year (December 25, 2025 to February 24, 2026), West Godavari recorded 74.1 percent positive responses, securing the top rank in the state.
The survey assessed 41 aspects of public services and welfare schemes, including the functioning of Anna Canteens, APSRTC services, measures to control crimes against women, Deepam-2 scheme implementation, electricity supply services, ganja control measures, healthcare services at PHCs and UHCs, housing programmes, distribution of NTR Bharosa pensions, panchayat-level services, R&S registrations, fair price shop distribution, sanitation management, and temple services.

Collector Nagarani said the district achieved these results due to the collective efforts of officials from various departments and their focus on delivering timely services to the public. She added that the district administration will continue to improve service quality based on public feedback.
The Collectors’ Conference will continue on March 12, where the state government will further review the implementation of development programmes across Andhra Pradesh.
