Seethakka Legal Notice to KCR: Allegations and Response
The Seethakka Legal Notice to KCR highlights that certain posts shared on official BRS channels made baseless allegations against the minister, damaging her public reputation. According to the notice sent through Advocate Naguluri Krishna Kumar, the accusations lacked evidence and were misleading.
Seethakka clarified that the procurement of mobile phones for Anganwadi workers was handled by Telangana Technology Services Limited. She emphasized that the tender process was conducted transparently by a designated evaluation committee and that she had no direct involvement in awarding the contract.

The minister further stated that the total tender value stood at ₹44 crore, making claims of ₹30 crore corruption illogical and unfounded. Through the Seethakka Legal Notice to KCR, she accused the BRS leadership of intentionally spreading misinformation to tarnish her image.
Demanding accountability, Seethakka has asked KCR to immediately remove the defamatory posts and issue a public apology within 48 hours. She warned that failure to comply would result in both civil and criminal legal action.
