Chandrababu Presents Awards to Leaders Who Excelled in Sports and Cultural Events

Vijayawada, March 6:Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandra babu Naidu praised public represe ntatives for their impressive performances in sports and cultural competitions, stating that their talent was on par with professionals. He remarked that watching their performances reminded him of the old days and added that MLAs have proved they are all-rounders, not limited to their roles in the Assembly.
The Chief Minister attended a cultural programme organized for MLAs and MLCs at Antra Luxe Convention in Vijayawada on Friday. He inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp.

Speaking on the occasion, Chandrababu Naidu said he was happy to participate in the programme and appreciated the leaders for their enthusiastic participation in sports activities. He also congratulated Assembly Speaker Chintakayala Ayyannapatrudu for organizing the sports festival successfully.
The Chief Minister praised MLA G.V. Anjaneyulu for his portrayal of N.T. Rama Rao (NTR) and appreciated women public representatives for attending the event wearing handloom sarees to encourage the handloom sector.

Earlier, the Chief Minister unveiled the book titled “Who is Who.”
The event was attended by Spe aker Chintakayala Ayyannapatrudu, Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishnam Raju, AP Legislative Council Secretary General Suryadevara Prasanna Kumar, SHAP Chairman Animini Ravi Naidu, ministers, MLAs, MLCs and their family members.
