BR Naidu Resignation Demand Over TTD Controversy

Speaking at the YSR Congress Party office in Nellore, Kakani Poojitha strongly criticized BR Naidu, stating that he is unfit to continue as TTD Chairman. She accused him of bringing disrepute to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, one of the most respected religious institutions in the country.

Poojitha also condemned the alleged filing of cases against women devotees who had raised their voices in protest. She termed such actions as unacceptable and said they reflect a lack of respect towards women and devotees.

Criticism Over Remarks on YS Bharathi Reddy

Kakani Poojitha further objected to comments made against Y. S. Bharathi Reddy, stating that she is not involved in active politics and has been engaged in several social service activities. She described the criticism against Bharathi Reddy as inappropriate and warned that such remarks would not be tolerated.

She also accused alliance leaders of disrespecting women and using religion for political gain. According to her, attempts are being made to exploit the sentiments of devotees for political advantage, which she said is highly condemnable.

Call for CM Intervention on BR Naidu Resignation Demand

Poojitha urged Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to take immediate action on the issue. She demanded that if BR Naidu does not resign voluntarily, the government should remove him from the post.

She also stated that the public is closely observing incidents of injustice and attacks on women, and warned that such actions could have serious consequences. Poojitha advised political leaders to change their approach and maintain dignity in public life.

Conclusion

Reiterating her demand, Kakani Poojitha said that if BR Naidu has any moral responsibility, he should step down immediately. Otherwise, she insisted that the government must act without delay to uphold the integrity of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams and maintain public trust.
