The Andhra Pradesh government has intensified its push for entrepreneurship through the MSME Awareness Seminar Andhra Pradesh, organized alongside a Mega Job Mela in Palnadu district. Held at Sri Venkateswara Kalyana Mandapam in Thalluru village, the event aimed to promote the “One Family–One Entrepreneur” initiative and create employment opportunities for youth and women.

MSME Awareness Seminar Andhra Pradesh: Government Focus on Industrial Growth
The event was attended by Minister Kondapalli Srinivas as the chief guest, along with District Collector Kritika Shukla and several MLAs and officials.
Addressing the gathering, the minister said that the government is giving top priority to the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). He highlighted that a dedicated MSME department has been established to strengthen the sector and accelerate industrial growth alongside infrastructure development such as roads, irrigation, and drinking water.
He explained that MSME industrial parks are being developed with government support to overcome challenges like land availability, infrastructure gaps, and initial investment hurdles. These parks provide essential facilities including roads, electricity, and water supply, enabling entrepreneurs to set up industries quickly.

MSME Awareness Seminar Andhra Pradesh: Employment and Women Empowerment

Under the IDP Policy 4.0, financial assistance is being provided for land development, reducing the burden on investors and encouraging private participation. These MSME parks are expected to generate significant local employment and boost the regional economy.
The minister also emphasized women empowerment, recalling that the DWACRA movement introduced by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has transformed the lives of thousands of women. Through self-help groups, women are being encouraged to achieve financial independence and contribute to economic growth.
The “One Family–One Entrepreneur” initiative aims to ensure that at least one member in every family becomes an entrepreneur, with a special focus on women entering the business sector.

District Collector Kritika Shukla described the initiative as a major step toward generating employment opportunities in Palnadu. She said the program has successfully created awareness about government schemes and highlighted the district’s potential for MSME growth.
Local MLA Bhashyam Praveen stated that infrastructure projects, including the proposed Outer Ring Road, would attract industries and improve living standards in the region.
The event also featured MSME exhibition stalls showcasing locally manufactured products, which drew significant attention from visitors and officials. A Mega Job Mela was conducted simultaneously, with a large number of youth, women, and aspiring entrepreneurs participating enthusiastically.
Reinforcing the importance of the MSME Awareness Seminar Andhra Pradesh, officials expressed confidence that such initiatives will drive entrepreneurship, create employment, and strengthen the state’s economy. With continued government support, Palnadu district is expected to emerge as a key hub for MSME growth.
