A horrifying incident has shaken Madapur village in Korutla mandal of Jagtial district, where a young woman was brutally killed by her husband. The Madapur pregnant wife murder has created fear and outrage among locals, as the victim was just 19 years old and four months pregnant at the time of the attack.

Madapur Pregnant Wife Murder: Love Marriage Turns Tragic
According to police and family members, the victim Vaishnavi (19), daughter of Gandham Prasad and Rani, had married Haribabu about a year ago in a love marriage. The couple belonged to nearby areas, and their marriage was initially accepted by both families.
Recently, Vaishnavi had been staying at her parental home in Madapur due to her pregnancy. Haribabu was also staying with her. He had previously worked in a temporary position at the government hospital in Korutla but had quit his job a few months ago.
On Monday night, an argument reportedly broke out between the couple inside their room while her parents were asleep in another room. In a sudden fit of rage, Haribabu allegedly attacked Vaishnavi with a knife, inflicting multiple injuries. Due to severe blood loss, she died on the spot, turning the Madapur pregnant wife murder into a deeply disturbing case.

In a shocking turn, Haribabu reportedly locked the room from outside and fled during the early hours of Tuesday. When Vaishnavi’s parents noticed something unusual, they broke open the door and found her lifeless body.
Police officials, including CI Suresh Babu and SI Chiranjeevi, reached the spot and conducted a preliminary investigation. The body was shifted to the government hospital mortuary for post-mortem. A case has been registered, and efforts are underway to trace the accused.

The victim’s mother, Rani, has alleged that the murder was linked to dowry harassment, adding another serious dimension to the Madapur pregnant wife murder. The entire village remains in shock over the brutal killing, demanding strict action against the accused.
