Andhra Pradesh Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy laid the foundation stone for Phase-1 works worth ₹9.55 crore on April 12, 2026, setting the stage for large-scale infrastructure and temple development.

Godavari Pushkaram 2027 Works Gain Momentum
The Godavari Pushkaram 2027 Works are progressing rapidly under the leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. The Pushkaram festival is scheduled from June 26 to July 7, 2027, and is expected to attract nearly 10 crore devotees from across India and abroad.
The government has already conducted multiple high-level review meetings to ensure smooth execution. Authorities are focusing on temple renovations, pilgrim amenities, and infrastructure upgrades along the 212-kilometer stretch of the Godavari River.

Phase-1 Development Under Godavari Pushkaram 2027 Works
Under Phase-1 of the Godavari Pushkaram 2027 Works, six key temple-related projects in Rajamahendravaram are being developed with a budget of ₹9.55 crore.
Major allocations include:
- ₹3 crore for Pandiri Mahadeva Kotilingala Satram
- ₹1 crore for Sri Rama Satyanarayana Swamy Temple Mukha Mandapam
- ₹70 lakh for Annadanam building
- ₹55 lakh for Sri Ramalinga Choudeswara Swamy Temple reconstruction
- ₹2.80 crore for Gautami Jeeva Karunya Sangham
- ₹1.50 crore for Chanda Satram Kalyana Mandapam
Additionally, ₹51.79 crore has been sanctioned for 43 temples across East Godavari, West Godavari, and Konaseema districts, further strengthening the Godavari Pushkaram 2027 Works.

The Godavari Pushkaram 2027 Works are being treated as a prestigious state event. The government is coordinating across departments to ensure world-class arrangements. Minister Reddy stated that the event will be conducted successfully with support from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
